As the visionary head of NYC's acclaimed DJ collective Bordeaux Boys, Steven Gray established himself as a driving force in the 2010s underground NYC electronic music scene. Drawing from his deep roots in punk and post-punk culture, Steven cultivated a sound that bridged the raw energy of New York's underground with the pulsating rhythms of modern electronic music.
Steven's sets seamlessly weave together electronic, techno, and disco while incorporating unexpected elements of acid house, Italo disco, and new wave. His punk heritage infuses every performance with an edge and authenticity that sets him apart from other DJs, creating an unmistakably bold sonic experience that reflects the gritty spirit of NYC's club culture.

Steven has worked extensively with producer/DJ Mike Simonetti and shared stages with an impressive roster of artists including James Murphy, Hazy James, Nancy Whang, Pat Mahoney, The Juan Maclean, Jamie XX, Eli Escobar, Justin Miller, Justin Strauss, Orson, DJ Lloyd, and many others.
His reputation extends beyond New York's borders, having commanded dance floors at legendary venues including Output, Le Bain, Happy Endings, Ponyboy, Sway, Beatrice Inn, TeeGee, and Berlin's iconic Berghain-Panorama Bar.

Through Bordeaux Boys and his solo work, Steven continues to push the boundaries of electronic music, honoring his underground roots while constantly evolving the sound that has made him a cornerstone of dance music culture in NYC.
Look out for Steven Gray as he makes his return in 2026.
